How to Return:
Please email finance@marketbrewer.com prior to returning or exchanging your product(s) Provide your name, order number and reason for return / exchange in the body of your email. Once confirmed, you will be provided with a return / exchange shipping address and instructions.
Where to Send Returns:
Send us an email with the information stated above, and we will send you the shipping location.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Store Refunds:
We take pride in doing whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please contact our customer service by email at webdev@marketbrewer.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
Apparel and Printed Products
MarketBrewer uses Printify dropshipping for apparel and printed products, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you Printify is contaced within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our customer support email webdev@marketbrewer.com using the subject line "REFUND REQUEST" and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for capturing the correct information from your customers.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet please don’t panic and follow these step:
First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
